For our new location in Rothrist (AG), we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a knack for numbers and practical experience in personnel administration.
What can you expect?
Accounting and recording of supplier invoices
Monitoring the digital creditor workflow
Debtor management, including dunning
Control and maintenance of time recording data
Support in personnel administration
General administrative tasks
What do you bring?
Completed commercial basic training
Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally supplemented with knowledge in personnel administration
Further education in accounting
Independent, careful and efficient way of working
Strong teamwork skills and open communication
