Finance and Administration Clerk (50%)

For our new location in Rothrist (AG), we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a knack for numbers and practical experience in personnel administration.

What can you expect?

  • Accounting and recording of supplier invoices

  • Monitoring the digital creditor workflow

  • Debtor management, including dunning

  • Control and maintenance of time recording data

  • Support in personnel administration

  • General administrative tasks

What do you bring?

  • Completed commercial basic training

  • Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally supplemented with knowledge in personnel administration

  • Further education in accounting

  • Independent, careful and efficient way of working

  • Strong teamwork skills and open communication
